At Tier Nom Pâtisserie, we are passionate about storytelling through the canvas of art and dessert. We are a destination for all things whimsical, yet classic and dreamy.

Always evolving and built under the creative direction of pâtissier and artist Vahishta Zandbaf Kolah, our cakes and curated dessert reflect creativity and fine fare. Vahishta Zandbaf Kolah has been formally trained in Pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu, London and has also completed an extensive course in sugar floristry at the highly famed Peggy Porschen Academy, London. After starting to showcase her cakes on instagram in 2016, she quickly built a loyal following and customer base around the city and the country.
