Refund policy

Since all our products are made to order and perishable, we do not offer returns or refunds. We may accept refunds , credit or replacements only in the case of an incorrect or damaged item being sent from our end. We would additionally require photographic proof and require to be informed no later than 30 minutes after receving the order. Delays in doing so, would remove all eligibility for compensation.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-7 working days. If we offer you credit, it will be applicable for a period of 6 months only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only permitted if we are intimated 30 minutes after placing the order. In this case, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. On any other occasion, we will try our best to take the cancellation of an order, on order basis, subject to our discretion.
