Description : Chocolate mud sponge layered with a semi-sweet chocolate mousse, hazelnut feuillentine crunch and a sea salt chocolate ganache drizzle. Topped with chocolate soil, mixed chocolate crispearls and roasted hazelnuts.

Cake Care Instructions : Refrigerate your cake immediately upon receiving. For maximum flavour and moistness, we recommend removing the cake for 60 minutes (subject to room temperature) before cutting and serving.
